I cannot speak to the other states but Arizona’s reciprocity will give an MMJ patient, with a valid recommendation from another state, an “affirmative defense” and allow the same possession limits as an Arizona patient. However, a visitor with an out of state recommendation CANNOT purchase MMJ legally in Arizona.
