North Dakota is NOT extremely deadly. What you have is an immense influx of untrained workers desperate for work that will do anything ask of them. This is not North Dakotas fault, not O&G’s fault, it is what happens in a “gold rush” situation.

Whose fault is a gold rush situation? Letting the market wild kills people. Someone in state government should have seen this coming and exerted its governing, life saving influence. What else is government for?
