Is it me or have falls in the industry increased with all the fall protection rules and training. I have been in the in roofing industry since 1970, and spent the majority of my time installing coping and have seen the changes over the years. The nearest I came to near fall was with the 5 foot shock absorb lanyard that was a trip hazard when getting back to your feet just wondering.
If this was after hours and the two were on the roof after their shift was over, I don’t think it was the roofing companies fault.

We need to make sure this doesn’t happen. You can keep workers safe on a roof.
