How slow is too slow? Were there signs posted for the minimum speed required? 45 mph is only 10 mph slower than the posted limits. It is not as if this guy were going at 20 mph. Was this a one lane road?

Did this guy cause any accidents or did he just irritate some drivers who wanted to speed?

Does the state take away licenses of drivers who break the speed limit and go too fast? They cause accidents and probably get only a ticket if they get caught !

If they had to do something, why not give this man a ticket instead of taking away his license?

This jackass is as much a hazard as speeders. He deserves to be taken off the road.

Wish they did this in Florida, get rid of about 1/2 of all the drivers.

I fully agree with getting him off the road. I believe if the truth was known, there are as many accidents from too slow drivers as speeding. They may not actually be “in” the accident, but the accident may be caused by their actions, which show disregard for other drivers.
My state has a law that states drivers delaying three or more vehicles is supposed to pull over and let them pass, but I be there has never been a citation issued for it.
I would suspect a large number of “road rage” incidents could be tagged to drivers like this one, also. Doesn’t make it right, but I bet it is the case.

The solution is to have minimum speed limit signs on the highway. That justifies giving the man a ticket for not obeying traffic laws.
This article doesn’t give enough information. If there was no sign stating the minimum speed then it is really on Minnesota.
The argument that he needs to maintain his vehicle with the flow of traffic has its issues, especially in circumstances when everyone is speeding.
With that said, I hate slow drivers too, but process should be fixed to help protect all drivers, even us fast ones.
