That proves absolutely nothing. I would’ve thought it could have proven that he came home, smothered the child, and then got back in the car. And how can the medical examiner exactly point, to the minute, when the baby was smothered? Ridiculous.
It doesn’t prove anything other than he arrived and left three minutes later, taking the baby to the hospital. This is not the action of someone who just committed murder, though. Also, M.E.’s have the ability to be very accurate. Pathology at its’ finest.
I’ll agree that doubt of guilt is not apparent from the reported information in this story but neither is evidence of guilt. You’re supposed to give this person the presumption of evidence. Sadly most people operate exactly the opposite which you’ve just demonstrated.
