Big brother or not, to have that many citations in such a short period seems like the bigger tag line. Just goes to show that people want what they want regardless of the consequences (even the local pastor).

Why didn’t they speak to the family of the killed pedestrian?

Traffic cameras are just another form of Policing for Profit as Capitalism distorts our Justice System. These companies are bottom-feeders and take a 40% cut of the tickets while creating MORE dangerous intersections by fixing the lengths of yellow lights to entrap drivers.

There is a simple solution to this problem, don’t speed and don’t run red lights.

Suttonmom is right: Don’t speed and don’t run red lights. The small towns might want to consider upping that 25 MPH limit however — if it can be done without putting their populace at risk. Going to 35 MPH might help solve the problem. Or not.
