Armed Employees Could Cost Kansas’ Schools Insurance

    If EMC thinks their potential liability for arming qualified school employees is to be avoided, what happens if a Newtown style loss occurs in a school who did not arm any employee(s)in order to maintain their policy with EMC? Instead of being so myopic, wouldn’t laying down guidelines for who qualifies under their policy be a more prudent and relevant way to mitigate their anticipated exposure? Not to mention the bad press…
