I know anyone can sue anyone these days and lawyers are always available to file these suits, but the judge hopefully will dismiss this immediatly and fine the attorney for filing this suit.

The problem is that to many judges are afraid to dismiss this type of suit, and too many lawyer’s willing to file such a suit. The person that was sledding is responsible for his OWN actions. Until our legal system judges it that way, these suits will continue.

Isn’t it illegal to pull a sled with a car? And if so, wouldn’t that negate any action against the auto insurance policy?

Will the individuals in this country, in this era, ever learn to take responsibility for their own choices and actions? While there are many responsible adults and children out there, it would appear there is at least an equal number of irresponsible individuals that are continually looking for a free handout and a way to shift the blame to someone else. Our courts need to do their part in restoring balance and reasonableness to our society.
