This guy should be put away for life. He is the sole cause of this tragedy through his negligence and stupidity in not getting the proper rest. There is no one else to blame. He’s the driver; he made the poor decision.
Jester, I am glad you are not my judge and jury. As I have silent killers everyday, but the measures you put on saying. No one else to blame, yes, there is. Several factors. Was the Husband alert? as we will never know on this earth, as the family can’t speak in the court. Husband driving could had a stroke, diates shock, etc., as well as the driver (sleep) or same curcumstances as the husband might have had. Let the finally court say what happened… 12 people and the judge has the ball (in their court) so let it play out.. Then say what you said if you think the judgment was wrong.
It is not your right to judge anyone or anything in this case until the verdict, judgment, of trial has been brought out through the system. Do not condemn someone until you hear, see or KNOW the FULL facts.. Yes, it is said and tragic, but can you hear yourself (as if you) were in the drivers seat??? Think before you act, judge, etc… He made have had a heart attack, diabetes, stroke, etc…. All silent killers, but, do you condemn people with these??? Without knowing the full facts, as it may have these and not getting the sleep…:)
