Our legal system is an impotent joke when it comes to repeat DUI’s. This idiot is a chronic drunk. Issuing tickets and suspending licenses don’t work. They should have impounded his car and any car he was caught driving. Maybe then they’d get his attention. Without a serious consequence, the law is meaningless. How long will they allow this charade to go before this old drunk kills somebody?

He should be doing extensive jail time, loss of license forever and anything else it takes to keep this jerk from every driving again.
Should have hooked him for $15,000 per offense. Bet that would have received some attention.
