He loses control of his vehicle, crashes into the woods and rolls over. He wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, a fact that points to his careless behavior. These Michigan legal geniuses assign 60% liability to the county for not have a better sign warning of the turn. Last time I checked, it was the drivers responsibility to travel the speed limit and maintain a safe speed. This sounds more like 90% liability/negligence on the driver.
