It’s dangerous and should be banned on most lakes; there is no control for the person who is on the tube; I love the description in the article…she’s just being towed on a tube…not quite. Would love to know if the deceased parents were present or not…either way, Devils Advocate is correct, this is a tragedy, and they can file suit against the lake itself and H2O, but it won’t bring the little girl back, nor will it bring peace.
