This man is an idiot. First off, why he feed only one of his two Pomeranians the treats? Secondly, the dog only ate them for about 10 days before the onset of problems. Kidney failure? It’s a good bet the mutt had prior problems maybe un-diagnosed. And what does he expect to get out of wasting the court’s time? There’s not much economic value and they won’t stop making the treats just because one dog died. This guy needs to get a life.

“he fed one each day from March 13 to 15 to Cleopatra” That is 3 days of treat eating. Really. Kidney failure in 3 days? This guy is barking up the wrong tree.

…I was looking for some wet, canned dog food at Wal-Mart in summer 2011, and another customer told me not to buy Wal-Mart Ol’Roy brand dog feeds, that there has been some reported cases such as the above. It would be interesting to know who manufactures and it’s origin, the Ol’Roy brand for Wal-Mart. Purina, an old-old company, at least 80 yrs., now a subsidiary of Nestle, made cheaply in China, and coasting on name brand loyalty. That disgusts me far more than the lawsuit, for the lawsuit exposes the cracks in the sale of goods…what was that bologna from Wal-Mart about?…(Wal-Mart requires suppliers to comply with pet food safety regulations, spokesman Greg Rossiter said. “We go further than other U.S. retailers in requiring our suppliers of pet food and treats to gain the same level of food safety certification required of our human food suppliers,” he added.)…makes me want to run out and buy a pkg. of fresh ground beef to feed my family…free trade is free for everyone but Americans…

There have been numerous dogs that have died from these treats and the FDA has NOT put out any warnings. I don’t buy these for my dogs but “Grandma” gave my dongs ONE of them and they vomited for 2 days. From ONE of these treats. It was only after the vet visit did he confirm these can be poison to a dog. I think Jester needs to get a life since all Jester seems to do is make inappropriate comments about something he knows NOTHING ABOUT!!!!!!!!
