February 27, 2012

A St. Paul, Minn., woman is accused of injuring a repo man who came to get her car.

Diana Rae Buckles, also known by the last name Anderson, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and terroristic threats.

According to the complaint, the 39-year-old is accused of getting into her car as Anthony Dean Miller was trying to hook it to the tow truck and running it into his leg.

He fell on the hood and she allegedly swerved while he grabbed the windshield wipers. He fell off when she slammed on the brakes.

The St. Paul Pioneer Press reports Miller, who works for Undercover Auto Recovery, had a concussion and a baseball-size hematoma on his knee.

Buckles’ next court appearance is March 8.
