    Apparently the genius judges in the 4 prior cases didn’t enforce sentences. Our legal system has no balls. A jerk like this should have taken off the roads long ago. It’s time to stop playing around with habitual drunks, particularly those who drink and drive. Hit them progressively harder everytime they are arrested, and make it life after the 3rd offense. Problem solved.

      We don’t have enough room in our jails for the criminals as it is. How would we fit that many more?

    There are devices that can now be installed on a vehicle that will force a breathalyzer before the car can be started. The offender has to pay for this and it is mandatory.
