I would generally agree but without more info I am not sure; was the priest in what could be considered “a position of power” over the wife?…or does she have repeat history of affairs…lots of questions…few answers in this report.

This case has no value and should get tossed. The woman was a consenting adult and their is no “abuse” involved.
