What’s the likelihood of “multiple pins and needles” being in one bag of chips? Most people would detect a hard object like that in the chewing process. Sounds like another nuisance claim.

Agreed Jester…and I’d like to know the likelihood of someone eating “multiple” pins and needles and not noticing or stopping. I guess as the Lays slogan says, “Bet you can’t eat just one” :)

Agreed Jester! I’d also like to know the likelihood of someone actually eating “multiple” pins and needles without realizing it. I guess as the Lay’s slogan says..”Bet you can’t eat just one”

I agree. If there was something wrong in the manufacturing process, several individuals would have alleged that there were “pins and needles” in their chips.

What attorney would take this case?

Same slime ball attorney that takes the others. Never ceases to amaze me.

Gee Whiz, and it took almost two years to file the suit. I guess it just took a long time for the injuries to manifest themselves. Couldn’t have been anything to do with a two year statute could it?

Inquiring minds know better than to blindly “chug” chips. Assuming its true, I’d suspect post-production tampering; especially by kids at home.

Two year statute indeed. IF this happened, then I’m sorry. That sucks. I truly wish her the best, and hope she recovers quickly, and lives to shove chips in her mouth again.

However, why would you blindly just shove crap in your mouth without looking to see what it is? There is NO WAY that she didn’t notice pins & needles in her chips. NOT possible. They don’t crunch. They stab. They hurt. Your mouth WILL GET POKED! However, if she is one of the millions of people who simply cannot put down the fork, and just cram whatever they want down their throats, maybe she really is that ignorant. Then again, I do believe she IS ignorant… just at a totally different level.
