Believe me when I say that any animal put into peril where they lose their life is a sad story. You can’t go on any web site today (or so it seems) without reading about some hideous story about child, elder or animal abuse. I am hoping this was truly an accident rather than arson to collect on the policy.

Rosie, I appologize if you were offended by the humor…but to draw a conclusion that no one cares for children or animals anymore is simply asinine. I did not see mention of ANY children in this story and while it was unfortunate for the hogs, let’s face it, they were going to die anyway and be on a supermarket shelf in the not too distant future.
Yes, they were hogs, not humans….but in slaughtering, the hogs are killed instantly; not so in the fire…they must have suffered terribly, and the thought of that saddens me. How can you people be so cruel to make fun when animals die in such a horrible way? You obviously are very hard hearted!
