Great ruling and I love the assessment of defense costs to the plaintiff. I think the judge should have gone a step further and assessed the costs against the plaintiff attorney who provided bad advice on pursuing this lost cause. It’s time the contingent fee boys felt the pain of losing instead of only enjoying the benefits of winning.
