i agree, because if it was the device, then it would have burned the resident who was treating the patient at the time of treatment. later, sounds like something else had gone wrong. it could have been the old lady pulling on a metal device and caused a scratch for ignition if metal upon metal. although the hospital agreed to the settlement, i’d be concerned as well as to what really happened?
