Michigan Police Face Challenge of Enforcing Text-Driving Ban

    How are the police to enforce this law AT NIGHT, or in cars with legally tinted windows, or vehicles which sit higher than police cars, say Tractor-Trailers, RVs etc.
    I suppose we can look forward to “text” detectors that read the signal coming from the car. That creates a whole other set of civil rights questions. And, what about “hands free” texting. There is an app for an Iphone that converts voice to text. What a mess! I would say it doesn’t seem well thought out by our politicians, but then again a knee jerk is a politician with a plan to solve a problem without much thougt.
