Wonder why “Alicea Bush-Bailey” felt it necessary to gum up the courts with a lawsuit instead of simply making a claim to Subway. Her “special damages” can’t amount to much more than the ER bill, maybe a script, and a coupld days lost wages. (if she has a job) This sickness usually passes without complication in a few days. Of course I’m sure this woman’s life has been changed forever because of this horrific sandwich. This should get sent to small claims court. Pinheads.
