That seems like a lot to me. 2x a month they are commenting on appearance? Granted, I understand the whole concept behind hooters. I hope this is baseless (however the fight will be a challenge to prove since she lost weight and one would have assumed that she gained weight since being hired…)

This woman should move on to a job that doesn’t require a defined physical appearance. She was employed “at will”. Her suit should get tossed.
