President Obooba has pronounced, “I do think at a certain point you’ve made enough money.”

The auto repair business has been run by thugs since the beginning of time. The scam is to write as high an estimate as possible to increase profits. The real skilled auto repairmen are a dying breed. With no bench of skilled “repairmen”, shops have reverted to little more parts replacers. Few people understand unibody straightening, suspension, and steering components. The states have been playing this cat and mouse game for decades. Since the states have budget deficiencies, who will enforce this “paper tiger”?
