He should be buried in the sand up to his neck. He is responsible for stealing a million dollars and he gets 3 years? Maybe I’ll try that, it might be worth the risk if I only get 3 years.

The Judge should be ashamed. She should have ordered 25 Years with no chance of parole and repay punitive damages to eternity

These are the people who harm insurance agents integrity, forcing the government to enact new laws and otherwise make our job harder and damages the rest of us reputation who live by the rules in the business everyday.

His employer should be fined for being stupid. In “real” claim operations, executive claims are scrutinized very closely. The fact that it took 3 years to detect this is an embarassment.

Hey this should be no surprise. After all they are GENEROUS Casualty. He probably just thought nobody would miss the money and thought he could just help himself.

Not only that John but the same company was burned for $1 million plus back in the early 90’s too in another employee rip-off scam. But is it a surprise that general casualty’s home office doesn’t know what they’re doing? Wait is there a home office anymore, or did it move to Seattle? Or is it new york? or is it australia?

General Casualty is still a danged good company. Good people first! At least they aren’t on the verge of going under like some of the other Wisconsin regionals.
