No doubt that the Weisz appointment was “to progressively improve…implementation of the Workers’ Compensation Act.” That, I am sure, is another way to say the State of Illinois will continue to screw the workers out of their due when they are injured on the job. Judge Rink did pretty well for the State of Illinois on that score, especially considering that he told me that if I didn’t hire a lawyer to represent me he would find against me…and sure enough, he did. He is obviously on the take or another corrupt rook of the State of Illinois. If he was really for justice, he wouldn’t have ruled as he did. And to add insult to injury (my injuries), he was so bold about his INjustice, that he told me up front that he would find against me if I didn’t hire an attorney. And they say justice is blind…perhaps, a duck “blind” filled with hunters ready to shoot down unsuspecting prey for the State of Illinois!
