I am guessing that denied based on no negligence found? Did the school provide insufficient mats or something? It’s tragic for this young man. But there are accidents in life that are just an unfortunate event without someone to blame.
A few years earlier, another cheerleader from that school was paralyzed in an accident that made national news. I am curious to know if this accident was under the same coach. If so, maybe the program is not being run safely.
