    Ticket! Ticket!

    Come on now, he should have been charged and arrested for three counts of murder and one charge assault.

    It may not have been intentional, but it is the driver’s responsibility to make sure that his load is properly secured.

    He has to live with knowing that he was responsible for killing those people. That is worse than any punishment we could give him.

    Accidents happen & I truly believe everything happens for a reason. I know one of the lost ones in this situation & yes, it is sad but should we ruin a poor mans life because he made a mistake? Honestly, I know that zack wouldn’t want that. This man does have to live with the fact that three amazing people lost their lives due to HIS mistake. That is enough punishment for him. He didn’t intentionally put the steele coil on their improperly. I think we shouldn’t worry about how much trouble this man is going to get in but rather pray for the families and friends of the ones who were lost. Pray that their families overcome this tragic event and that they can still go on and live a happy life. Once again, everything does happen for a reason. Let’s just keep the families in our prayers and leave the truck driver to deal with his own mistake. That is going to be enough punishment.

    Accident my butt!

    It was no accident. Why do you think that most of the “States” has changed their reporting forms from Accidnts to Crashes. Because they are not an accident, someone screwed up and caused a crash.

    That driver had a job to do and one of the particulars about that job is making sure that his load is secured. He knew what he was hauling and I also know that more than likely since he hauls this type of load, he knew what would happen if it broke away.

    ACCIDENT = BS.

    I also expected an reply from a bleeding heart to let bygones be bygones. That just does not cut it. The families that lost loved one will always hurt for the stupidity of a driver that appears to have had no concern to anybody’s safety, just his paycheck.
