    OK you claim experts.

    It is my understanding that there are no commonly required diagnostics or pre-incident symptoms that would give indication of aneurysm.

    Any negligence or liability here?

    No negligence, no liability. This is why the word “accident” was coined. Drivers must pass routine annual physicals. It is un-realistic and not cost-effective to think they should have expensive scans that may or may not detect the problem. Bottom line is, nobody is going to pay for the miniscule risk of this happening to a bus driver.

    Well, SOME liability to the insurer. Minnesota is a No-fault state, after all.
