I don’t watch Oprah so even that argument seems a little built up that it is associated with her and her show. I’ve heard the phrase used for years. How silly and what a waste of money.
Oprah didn’t trademark the phrase, she merely said that she was known for using it in association with her business interests. It was MofO that was trying to make HER stop by claiming they had trademark protection. Oprah did nothing wrong, but all of you want to persecute her because she is a woman of size who is successful, and everyone wants to pick on fat people! I hate that we still discriminate against such a large group of people in the 2000s when we should be beyond that. Hopefully someday we will elect a fat president and he will bring weight equality to the table just like our precious Barrack has done with race

Why do either one of them “own” this saying. “Aha moment” has been used for years…long before either decided they should own the phrase.
And don’t forget, I trademarked “seeyalater” in 1963. Anyone else who uses it is stealing it from ME.

huhhhuhh She said “large group of people”
Rosie’s point might have been a little off, largeman, but you aren’t helping the situation by mocking her. No wonder she feels discriminated against.
Winfrey’s black too — you left that out.
Check your history Rosie. William Howard Taft was a president of considerable size, reportedly over 300 lbs. He was President from 1904-08.
Wow.. I guess the office is slow today..
