AIG has refused to insure Pepsi-Co for years because they lacked credibility and bent AIG over on a case in Texas to the tune of a few hundred thousand dollars. Looks like Pepsi-Co has reaped what they sowed. Couldn’t happen to a nicer company. I hope these guys collect that $1.2B. Pepsi-Co is a more horrible company than Exxon was (prior to the Mobil merger).

Oh, hardy-har-har!!
