I dunno – have you “glanced” at your radio lately – turned around to break up a scuffle in the back seat when your kid screams “He’s on my side!!!!” – Dug in your purse to grab some change for the drive thru – looked at a billboard announcing that huge shoe sale at your favorite store (btw – they’re put there so you take your eyes the road – oh yeah, and I’m sure you n e v e r talk on your cell phone while driving…

It takes a split second to have an accident – Records can prove that no transmissions were sent/received or activity on the on-board computer – unlike your cell showing you were texting while driving… or grabbing that Mickie-D’s Glug Jug from the cup holder

The MC driver may have cut in front of the driver after bombing around him to get to the next red light –

Why can’t everyone get off their high horse like they never were “distracted” by something while driving –

I agree with no texting while driving, and reading the newspaper, putting on make-up, doing your nails (read the article about that idiot…) Unless they screw your head into a vice there is no way to enforce “all distractions” – I’d like to see if the bill gets rid of all of the signs and billboards along the road – Wouldn’t that be nice… no more “distractions” to tempt fate…

The car makers are going to freak since they’ve now made your vehicle your home away from home…

    Whooo Whooo more legislation
