    and you wonder why they had to fork the amount out?! this is why it does not make any sense. if your at-fault, you should be paying. in this case the state has to file w/the current company despite the fact they were not at-fault. the problem is that the insurance company can not increase it’s rates because it was a not-at fault for the state. recouping the cost is going to be wasted, because it is a no-fault state.
