here’s the problem, michigan is a true no-fault state. now they have this catastrophic insurance that pays for these instances. well, they may have cap $/hr for this treatment. it may be that this kind of coverage/treatment might be found at lesser than the $55/hr. if that person wanted extroidinary care, than can personally ante up the difference. recusing herself, would be like, hey my hubby works for the police force and so they know i will give every individual a guilty verdict and maximize the penalty. i think someone is going overboard on this!
