Know lives (2) would have been lost from filling sand bags as my system doesn’t use sand bags.
There levees are only a foot or so above the high water where my system the level wouild be ten feet or more depending on what is needed for a safety net.
What I have would have cost 10% of what has been lost and spent.

What is the system? Although it might be perfect, you have to understand that our elected officials get tons of solutions to every problem.
