There must be something else here we don’t know about. Why do ins comps seem to just cut checks and not develop some testicular fortitude? Did this individual not assume some of the risk of entering the sauna? Did the YMCA force him to sit there for X number of minutes? Were there warnings in place? Surely this was not the first time this guy ever came across a sauna. Just frustrating…..
