I know that things are kind of slow in North Dakota this time of year (or any time of year) but considering the melt down of the economy in general and the billions of $ being tossed around like pocket change is it really necessary to spend $100,000+ of State money to go after some unfortunate character who made the mistake of spending a few dollars to improve the moral within this dismal monopolistic WC organization? What, no Ponzi scams to go after?
