The police had no business forcefully removing this man from his burning house. The guy is obviously a nut case who wanted to incinerate himself. If the cops let him exercise his rights, it would have saved the taxpayers the cost of putting him in a psych hospital and then jail. We shouldn’t interfere with the natural selection process. We create many of our own problems.
