Obviously he doesn’t deserve a penny. He’s also lucky he was only shot with a projectile that left nothing but a bruise. Too bad it wasn’t a bullet.

If you have had the opportunity to view any of the footage of the “protests” you would know that my law enforcement brothers exercised immense restraint. Check out the “protest pen” at the DNC. There is a panoramic shot of it on the internet. Hmmm … no unshaven, butt-sniffing punks? Oh that’s right….Republicans work for a living.

Let’s see now. The police tell you your permit is expired and you should leave the area. Apparently, some of Kelly’s co-horts and possibly Kelly decided otherwise, after all, he was carrying the lead banner. Now he wants money for his machismo act of stupidity. Most of the country is opposed to the Iraq “war” so Mick wasn’t the harbinger of anything new. Apparently there isn’t much else to do in Minneapolis at night. Mick should have found another, perhaps more effective way to voice his personal opinion.

Wouldn’t the purchase of insurance by the RNC create a moral hazard for the police officers? I’d think it would make it more likely somebody was gonna get beat up since the police force was not going to be held responsible.

Dude, Do you have liability insurance on your auto? Assuming so, is that a moral hazard because you are more likely to run over someone? Because your doctor carries malpractice insurance, is he more likely to commit malpractice?

You’re not really a knowledgeable insurance person, are you?

By the way, any judge with integrity would dismiss this lawsuit, but that’s probably not going to happen!
