Are there more articles about this case? I would like to read what evidence the AD adjuster had to make his decision.

In the larger scheme, it really ain’t nuthin. $2.3 mil is peanuts. Yeah they don’t like it but its kinda like an ant crawling up an elephants leg with rape on his mind.

I understand American Family is looking for a new claims VP. It’s obvious the decision to take this to verdict was flawed. Somebody looked at it like a ho-hum property case with a worst case scenario of paying the policy limits. Whoever assessed this case beyond the adjuster level is accountable……..or should be, including defense counsel.
