OSHA Had Cited Wisconsin Mill 3 Times Before Fatal Explosion

    Believe me the prior violations are small potatoes and better than most plants of this type I would think. Given the type of operations these folks have, that seems like a pretty good record.

    Obviously something went terribly wrong in the explosion, but the premise being painted here that their prior record was a forecasting of this event seems like piling on.

    I agree. I failed to see the connection between the noted prior safety violations and this incident.
