    Come on, Compman, get serious.

What would Al or Jesse or the soon-to-be Prez suggest? Would they claim that it wasn’t a gang of storms who killed the eight folks in Michigan, but probably some demented lone cloud with a troubled youth as a fog bank?

Or are you saying that the county names sound too much like Ebonics to be real?

Or that state and federal funding would be better spent on inner city issues than rebuilding silos and sheds?

Oh, now that I’ve read the article, I think I get your point.

The 730,000 homes were “rainbowed out”? Maybe back in the early Sixties they could say “colored out”?

Back then, I was a kid living in the Bahamas while Dad worked for an oil company. The old folks said that all the colored people were the cause of the unrest leading to Independence. After a long hard look at all the different faces, I finally figured out who they were talking about.

The colored people were the ones wearing the bright Madras-print shirts.

    It’s all perspective.

Now that’s what I would call a refreshing, humorous perspective, kinda reminds me of SNL’s “Weekend Update” at it’s best! LOL (oh, by the way, I am originally from Michigan, County of Genesee, City of Flint!)

The irony is that the counties that were “blacken” are predominately white.
