What the heck is a 56 yr old man doing with three kids under the age of 10?? Either arrogant rich businessman with a second trophy wife, or scumbag who has 17 kids to 10 women, the oldest being 35 now.
Maybe he just got started late. I suppose we should all have 2.5 kids by the time we are 30 so that we aren’t stereotyped as rich with trophy wife (whom by the way don’t have children)or just keep on spreading the sperm.
Ha ha, I’m really surprised how quickly people on here turn vicious. It makes for an amusing read but the things people say when they don’t think anyone will know who they are!
This guy has no excuse for his selfish, stupid, irresponsible behavior at age 56. His punishment is having to live with the fact he killed his son and injured others. Instead of a prison sentence, I’d support a severe beating.
I’m glad I didn’t have to rule on this. I think the guy is in prison for the rest of his life due to killing his kid. Maybe he is a jerk and doesn’t really care. In that case give him life but I would also approve supervision with a blood monitor that as soon as it detects alcohol, it shocks him kinda like a taser. On the second time, he goes behind bars.
Come on, you drink, drive, kill your kid, hurt your other kids and strangers, and all you get is 5 years? That’s crazy! I say that the people like this should be in jail and we use them as the guinea pigs for the new drug testing before FDA approves it! No more animal testing, we already have the animals!

4. Causing injury to his other kids.
