Unlimited medical in Michigan and great PIP (Personal Injury Protection)benefits?

You tell me why I have lost my home, job, credit, etc…

I had very serious injuries in a not at fault accident and had 1 year of unpaid wages (was supposed to be up to 3 years) and then was sent to one of your paid-off quacks to say nothing was wrong with me. I have MRI’s, EMG’s, etc…(Objective Evidence) to back up brain injury, multiple herniated disks, etc…

The insurance company made me believe they were paying my excess medical bills (had own primary insurance) until they cut me off and then I had a flood of bills come in that were never paid. Hence, now they are all in collections.

My lawyer has told me I will be probably fighting the rest of my life for that “medical for life” BS.

As for the uninsured/underinsured insurance, I had that too. So, not am I only fighting the other insurance company I have to fight my own as well.

Even someone with a brain injuy can figure out that the most important thing for insurance companies is profit, stock-holders, top executive salaries and bonuses.

I am sick and tired of the little people getting screwed over and the insurance companies brainwashing the public to make them think their insurance will go up if these laws pass. Or, that the laws will open the doors to frivilous lawsuits if passed. You people know very well that frivilous lawsuits have been gone for years here in Michigan. You KNOW that there has to be objective evidence (MRI’s, X-rays, etc…) to back up the injuries for a claim to be valid.

Why don’t you people (I am being nice) tell the real truth? I have been told by numerous “Physical Therapists” at various physical therapy clinics and hospitals that you would not believe how many of these badly injured people are getting screwed over by the auto insurance companies.

Just as you can advertise with ads on TV and elsewhere, so can injured people. I am going to make it my life mission to expose you people for what you really are, Scam artists & Legal Rackateers.

If I had a choice to get money from this lawsuit nightmare or to be able to let everybody know what insurance companies are really all about (the truth), I would choose the latter.

By the automobile insurance companies not paying for injury claims they are in fact pushing it onto the taxpayers to take care of these disabled persons for the rest of their lives.

Have you ever heard of the word “Ethics?”
