What planet is Atkins from anyway? The scumbags among us would sue their mothers for a 40% share of a few pennies plus costs and attorneys’ fees. Now MN not only has one of the longest Statutes of Limitations for BI (6 years) but is now giving free money to the plaintiffs’ bar at the expense of the insurance industry.

I hate to see my beloved home state do such stupid stuff. The pandering to the MN plaintiff’s bar makes me sick. I can’t wait to see how they define “reasonable” as it pertains to this new law.

Take heart….it’s not just MN. We have a parasiteliving in our societal system and it’s called the plaintiff bar. It doesn’t nothing positive for society and operates under the banner of getting “compensation” for injured parties. It “mines” the misfortune and honest mistakes of others for profit. It may not kill you, but it siphons off billions of dollars every year by using the “system” to its advantage. Lawyers become politicians and judges. It’s incestuous and will never change.
