To all of the insurance agents out there–how often is there a sprinkler system installed that is not hooked up to a Central Station Alarm?

$200,000 in damage-that’s all for building and content damage done by a sprinkler system that was running for hours??

I’m a former Property Underwriter from years ago–even in the 80’s if someone went through the expense of installing a sprinkler system, they would pay a few extra bucks to have it hooked into a Central Station alarm………

Wouldn’t the city code have required a Central Station Alarm for a structure of this nature? Or if Museum did have a CSA installed with the sprinkler system, was it perhaps defective, or not installed properly?
