It wasn’t just southern Wisconsin that got hit. I’m in NOrthern IL and we got over 14 inches. We have no place to put it and more is coming monday night.
La Nina is a COOLING (Al Gore where are you?) of equatorial Pacific waters that impacts our weather differently than El Nino. El Nino would tend to ‘dry’ the weather while La Nina brings on increased precipitation in the Midwest.
