The answer to that is quite simple. They can’t find him. I saw an article in the Flint Journal this morning. They said that there is a sign on the office door that says “closed for a family emergency”! Yeah right! It didn’t say anything about his residence, but I would guess that he is not there either. When they do finally get him, and they will, I hope that they send him to the pokey for a good long time! I’m sure that there will be all sorts of law suits too. Serves him right!

Why hasn’t this jackass been arrested and his license revoked? This is blatant fraud and criminal activity.

well, if there is no protection, then don’t you think the state would cover this since it was done on their watch with the the knowledge of the consumer? um…state not willing to put up the dough, even though they are to help in cases of insolvency? it’s good they found this mess, but they still need to help cover any loss considering – and then turn that back around into a lawsuit against the agency. and then the state needs to honor that as having insurance even though, it was bogus paperwork. again, how the consumer really going to know for sure that is was real or fake at time of purchase? to make matters worse – what happened to the premium paid on these forged papers/documents? you again, can’t blame the consumer.
