    well, why shud you be able to sue in another state if the incident happened in your own residential state and the law is applied by your state law. that would be like those of us here had gone overseas, committed a petty crime in our eyes, but in that countries eyes, it could be a major offense. i have seen that happened being apart of the military for 13 yrs. people, including the legislator, just want money. i can see getting compsention of the current state law allows, but then it needs to match the actions of the violation. this country has seem to think we have a money tree growing in the backyard of everyone including the businesses. um…um… i would like one of those trees in my backyard.
