well, its more than just a settlement….if it’s repairable, then it would be, but that sounds like the cost is over 75% — and when u are talking about protecting children – why not call it a total loss….but here’s the other problem i noticed with the topic: why does fema say that there needs to be another study? did they not do one, when they first built on that same property? sounds like a cash cow giving money away….there goes tax dollars!
